When will my order ship?

Most web orders ship within 7 business days. We use UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service for stock orders. Please allow 2 - 10 business days for transit. We do offer expedited shipping. If you need your products sooner please choose an expedited shipping method during checkout. Due to limited transportation availability as a result of Nationwide COVID-19 impacts, delivery times may be extended. Because all of our merchandise is sent factory direct, we are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed by common carrier. Once your order ships you should receive a confirmation email which will contain a link so you can track the status.

I made a mistake on my order or want to add something to it.

Please notify us asap by filling out our contact form. If we have not shipped your order yet we can make some changes like updating/correcting shipping addresses. We cannot add or remove items to your order and recharge/credit your credit card as we do not keep that information on file. If your order has not shipped yet we can cancel your order and you can place a new order online. If your order has already shipped we unfortunately cannot make changes.

I received my order but it is incorrect/damaged.

While we try our best to make sure every order is packaged correctly we understand that mistakes can be made. Please fill out our contact form with your order number and let us know the issue and we will get it resolved asap.

What is your return policy?

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or refund. The return period begins the date you receive the order. Please fill out our contact form for authorization and the correct return address. Refunds are usually processed within two business days after a product return has been received.
